The first step is to write an e-Mail to me via my contact page. It would be handy if you already include the name of your company, what your company is doing, what you would like to have and anything else which is important to you. We’ll then schedule a personal meeting (or phone call/skype, if you prefer) to discuss your and my ideas.
We will take all the time we need to brainstorm about everything which is important to make your business outstanding. Be aware that the design process needs time. In general we need round about 4-12 weeks (depending on the scale of the project). If you want to work with me I’ll send you the contract plus an invoice over 50% of the design costs as a heads up and we are ready to start!
Based on our talk I’ll create a mood board with concept, colour, font and format options and provide it to you via pdf as an overview. Then you chose your final concept and I will design the first drafts. After receiving the first “final” design, three more corrections are included, to refine your design before we can finalise the work.
The most important thing is to make my clients happy. That means that open communication between us is necessary. Don’t be afraid to tell me what you don’t like because I will do the same. :))
build out and finalization
Now that your corporate design is finished, it’s time to take a look at the extra items you need. It’s going to consist of one main design and three correction rounds for the design process.
If you are satisfied with the design, we can finalise the print/design to make sure you will receive a beautiful work. Any changes or found mistakes afterwards are not included.

Time for the final check! If you are giving me a „go“ I’ll print the final work and send you all the files needed. Any changes afterwards are not included.
Meanwhile I am writing the final invoice including the last 50% of the design cost as well as additional costs, like printing, picture rights etc. .
